Reviews for Jacqueline's Programs
I started Chaos to Clarity because for once in my life I wanted to do something for me. I wanted to know what caused my anxiety and fears, and had never sat down to think about it before. Surprisingly, there was a lot more than I thought, but learning about the different ways I could cope has really helped me. I’m excited to move forward and continue to use these tools and techniques so I can be more confident and know I am enough and capable. – Emma, Chicago
I’ve never worked for a company that recommended such a course and I’m grateful they did. The program invites you to be vulnerable and has given me huge insights into how I’m living my life today. I’ve learned how different it is to face the fear and anxiety. The program offers many ways to think about the concepts and the structure is very clever as you mark your milestones. It gave me loads of insights and while I’ve discovered that I’ve got more work to do, that’s a good thing. – Amy Starnes, Syssero
I’ve always been too much in my head. I had the worry about how I was perceived or being judged. I was afraid of criticism. It led to a lot of anxiety, and it impacted my career and my personal life. Chaos to Clarity helped me put things in perspective. The prompts and different exercises, as well as the group support really helped to take me out of my head so I could start saying no, and believe that other inner voice that said I could be more. – Karen, Las Vegas

In my early life I felt uncertain about my talents, incapable of handling difficult situations, breaking off relationships because they were too challenging, self-sabotaging my opportunities with lack of action, and more. Fundamentally, I believed I wasn’t good enough. I wasn’t lovable. I wasn’t worthy of success.
My desire to manage my uncertainty and fear created the illusion that everything was perfect if I was in control. If I could limit my expectations, not think too deeply about my insecurities, and manage my chaotic thinking, I would be fine.
When a psychotherapist asked me to tell him what I was feeling I saw a steel door slide down in front of me. This was forbidden territory. Eventually, I would find the courage to examine these beliefs and find what was true.
As I began to shift my attention from insecurity, fears, anxieties, doubts and shame I understood that this false persona was not me. I was a product of my early environmental influences that had shaped my world view and my sense of self.
The truth is...When you get tied up in the past, you get bogged down in the present, and refuse the future.
