We have designed this program to give leaders a deep understanding of why self-trust is the first step toward developing relationship, organizational, market and societal trust.
Individuals will explore the dimensions of trust and why trust is an essential ingredient to establishing credibility with others, and have a clear understanding of how to build trust that will serve in every aspect of leadership success.
This is a four week employee group program with a minimum of four and maximum of six participants.
